We are looking for a special home for Miss Doublestuff who has been with us for more than a year.
This striking 4 year old white and black cat wants to be an only pet. Living in a
cageless shelter setting, among an ever changing group of cats, is very stressful for her.
Doublestuff is a playful girl when she relaxes. In her suite at the shelter, if all the other cats are in the outside pen, she sometimes plays with cat toys and runs along the shelves.
Recently we have seen less of this playful behavior because she is so tense. Since we areconcerned about her continuing unhappiness from living at the shelter, we will waive our usual adoption fee if a kindhearted person will give Doublestuff a home. The home should not have other pets or very young children, but we believe Doublestuff can be a good companion in a calm, friendly setting. Anyone interested in helping this cat may contact
