Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Harborview Dr. at 12:25 a.m.
Police arrested William E. Burgers, 33 of Falmouth, during a motor vehicle stop on Althea Rd. and North Falmouth Hwy. at 7:30 a.m. Burgers was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
