Plymouth Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Sullivan Ave. Monday at 12:15 a.m., according to the Cape Cod Times. Plymouth police allege Marques, 31, grabbed the woman by the throat while she was holding her baby and threatened to kill her.
Marques was charged with attempted murder, assaulting the infant, threatening to commit a crime, and malicious destruction of property under $250.
