The MBL's Lillie Auditorium hosts an Illustrated Talk by Benjamin Mendlowitz, renowned marine photographer, on Sunday, from 7:30 to 9 p.m., presented by the Woods Hole Public Library. Mr. Mendlowitz had been producing his famous Calendar of Wooden Boats for 30 years, plus various other books of photographs, and work for such publications as Nautical Quarterly, Sail, Yachting, Cruising World, Professional Boatbuilder, and more. He'll present a slide show of some of his favorite work, and talk about what drives and inspires him.
