The accident occurred near Aubuchon Hardware at about 4:21 p.m., according to the Cape Cod Times. The victim was apparently walking along Teaticket Highway when a car struck him. He was taken to Falmouth hospital and then transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center by a MedFlight.
The victim’s name is not being released at this time.
