Diamond has had her share of troubles but is well now and ready to be adopted. When this year-old girl came to us, she had a litter of kittens and an injury on her neck. After her kittens were weaned, Diamond was spayed and had surgery for the injury and resulting infection. She has had a few ups and downs since then but the vet gave her a clean bill of health this week.
Diamond is a small black cat with a tiny patch of white on her neck. She is curious and smart, and we came in one morning to discover that she had opened every drawer in the room. A volunteer found her curled up in one of the drawers.
Diamond would be a good cat for a family with children because she is so playful and friendly. She is ready to enjoy her good health in a happy, forever home.
