Our featured cat this week is Chloe, a 3 year old white cat with medium length fur. Chloe is a calm, confident girl who enjoys being with people and is used to living with other cats too. People for Cats recommends that all adopted cats be kept indoors because the lifespan of an indoor-outdoor cat is about half that of one who remains inside. For white cats, remaining inside is especially important because the pink areas of their skin, such as the tips of their ears and noses, are prone to sunburn which can lead to skin cancer. Chloe will be happy in a home where she can watch the outdoor world from a safe window. This beautiful, friendly girl would be a good addition for any type of family.
