Cape Medical Marijuana Applicants Get Green Light from State for Phase 2

Five of the original seven applicants to become medical marijuana providers in Barnstable County have been "invited" to Phase 2 of the state approval process: the one requiring a $30,000 non-refundable fee for each application.
