Every wished you could find new friends on Cape Cod who love gardening, technology or kayaking?
These new connections are only a click away thanks to MeetUp, a website that describes itself as "neighbors getting together to learn something, do something, share something.
Simply put in your zipcode and see which "meet ups," monthly or weekly events, are hosted by local groups. Most groups have small yearly membership fees. Sign-up online to RSVP to these "meet ups."
The site also allows users to log-in using their Facebook accounts so they can see if any of their "friends" are members of the group.
