Notable incidents from Saturday May 18, 2013

Police arrested Peter C. Muse, 40, of East Falmouth while responding to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Milton St. at 1:14 a.m. Muse was charged with OUI-liquor, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Police arrested Julie R. Lowney, 27, of Falmouth during a motor vehicle stop on Teaticket Path at 1:48 a.m. Lowney was charged with OUI-liquor, marked lanes violation, leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of motor vehicle.

Police arrested Joseph Dennis Barry, 24, of East Falmouth during a motor vehicle stop on East Falmouth Hwy. and Davisville Rd. at 6:51 a.m. Barry was arrested on three outstanding warrants and charged with drug possession class A.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Crystal Spring Ave. at 10:52 a.m.

Police responded to a report of shoplifting on Teaticket Hwy. at 11:26 a.m.

Police arrested Anthony Thomas Albanese, 33, of Falmouth while responding to a report of an erratic vehicle on Teaticket Hwy. at 3:52 p.m. Albanese was charged with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Police arrested Lindsay Lee Nickerson, 35, of Bourne while responding to a report of a disturbance on Main St. at 3:59 p.m. Nickerson was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Acapesket Rd. at 6:35 p.m.

Police arrested Marki Mae Matchem, 22, of Falmouth on an outstanding warrant on Menauhant Rd. at 8:04 p.m.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Lillie Rd. at 8:37 p.m.
