Police arrested Ian Maston Murdock, 26, of Falmouth while responding to a domestic disturbance on Scranton Ave. at 7:56 a.m. Murdock was charged with assault and battery.
Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on East Falmouth Hwy. at 11:54 a.m.
