According to police, a bar fight at the Beach House early this morning resulted in the arrest of one person, and the hospitalization of two. Two others are being sought by police for their role in the altercation.
According to a statement issued today, "Falmouth Police received a report of a large bar fight at the Beach House on Rt. 151 in North Falmouth at approximately 1:30 am. According to the caller, a male was seen striking multiple people with 'brass knuckles.'
"Most of the participants fled the area prior to police arrival. Police arrived on scene and spoke with an injured male who stated that he was walking to his car after winning a 'beer pong tournament' that was sponsored by the bar. He was struck in the back of the head by Kevin DeBarros (32, M, Bourne) with an object.
"A large fight ensued involving multiple people. Bourne police located DeBarros on a motor vehicle stop, and he was subsequently arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.
"Warrants are being sought against a male and female who were also involved for the same charges. The victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries at the Falmouth Hospital emergency room."
