Police responded to a report of larceny on Ter Heun Dr. at 2:27 p.m.
Police arrested Brandon Lee Pina, 22, of East Falmouth while responding to a report of assault and battery on Pinecrest Beach Dr. at 3:29 p.m. Pina was charged with assault and battery on a pregnant woman and two counts of maliciously injuring real or personal property.
